When you (referred to as “Visitor”) interact with us with regards to requiring additional information about our services or subscribing to our newsletter, you may share personal data with us which allows identification of you as an individual (e.g. name, last name, email address and company name). 2. Data collected by this website
Personal Data which this website collects include Usage Data, first and last name, e-mail information and company name. Name, e-mail and company name is freely provided by the Visitor in following cases:
· If Visitor fills out the form by clicking “Learn more” in order to get more details about our solutions and get a pdf file containing additional information via e-mail
· If Visitors fills out the form for subscribing to our newsletter in order to get occasional news and updates from us.
Providing personal data is not mandatory on this website, and failure to provide it will not make it impossible for the website to provide its services. In case of Usage Data, we use cookies which are automatically collected while visiting the website.
2.1. Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer's hard drive. Our website uses these “cookies” to collection information and to improve our Service. Swiss innovation Lab AG does not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children below the age of 13. 3.1. Right to opt-out of newsletter communication
You have the right to opt-out of receiving newsletters from Swiss Innovation Lab AG. You can do so directly from your email by clicking “unsubscribe”. If you didn’t keep any of previous newsletters you can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to info@swissinnolab.com requesting to be removed from newsletter list.
3.2. Access and rectification
You have a right to request access to your personal data. You may send us a request, at any time, in order to consult us to learn about your Personal Data contents and origin, to verify data accuracy or to ask for data to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected. Requests should be send to us at the contact information set out above, and will be answered in no more than 30 days.
3.3. Retention
Swiss Innovation Lab AG will only retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the stated purpose (receiving pdf information requested through form or receiving occasional newsletters), taking into account also our need to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services, and comply with legal requirements under applicable laws. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we collect is no longer required in this way, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner.
